How quickly do products come back when they are sold out?
Between 14–21 days. (Therefore, it is best to be notified by email in the product as soon as it is available again.)
Are the chains nickel-free?
Yes! All our chain elements are nickel-free and skin-friendly – ideal even for sensitive skin.
Where are the chains manufactured?
Our metal chains and many metal parts come from Germany. We source PU and textile materials from Spain, Greece, and Italy. Final assembly and shipping take place in the Gold City of Pforzheim.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your package has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking link.
What does 'Made to Order' mean?
Can I return my order?
Yes, within 14 days of receipt. Personalized products are excluded from this.
How do I best care for my chain?
Please avoid contact with water, perfume, or creams. Ideally, store your necklace in the included fabric pouch.
